The East End is the most rugged terrain of Grand Cayman. Some of the spectacular natural attractions are its many blowholes you can find along its southern shore. The ocean water is squeezed up with enormous force through the roof of the cave resulting in fountain of water above land. The coast is one of the most scenic routes in the Cayman Islands. Drive along the south and visit Frank Sound, White Sand Bay, Lower Bay, East Point and Collier Bay. The largest botanical garden named Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park is a great visit complete with old Cayman homes, tropical gardens and a tea house. North Sound and Gun Bay are some of the attractive bays along the north shores.

Most diving is done along the South Eastern wall near East Point, Lower Bay but there is an interesting reef along the whole east side. One of the most spectacular dives is Grouper Grotto often swarmed with groups of tarpon and Babylon which is a pretty wall dive off its north coast often dived by overnight tours.
