Jackson Bay is after Bloody Bay Wall the most famous spot for scuba diving on Little Cayman. As its famous neighbour features it steep walls but with only one difference and that is the wall's starting depth of fifty feet. These drop-offs are spectacular and filled with sponges, hard corals and marine life but not so suitable for snorkellers who want to experience the famous walls. There is also more space for sloping sandy plateaus dotted with small coral outcrops. Eagle and stingrays love these white sanded areas and also novice divers without good buoyancy techniques can relax in the sand without breaking parts of the coral reef.
